The Poll

What is more important? Your faith or your education? Here are the results:
Your faith 9 (42%)
Education 7 (33%)
They both go hand and hand 4 (19%)
other 1 (4%)
I would choose faith. Why? Sure, education is extremely important. If you don't get an good education, you won't get a good job. Educating the mind should never finish. You must learn, and learn, and learn. But, can education solve the personal problems in our lives? Can it give us comfort, and spritiuality when we need something to fall back on?
No.
I choose faith because in my religion, we read the Bible and the Bible has the answers to every question about life. A chemistry textbook will not give me the apporiate answers. It will not lead me closer to Christ and save my soul after death. Faith builds moral character and education builds the mind. But which one would "save" you after death? Faith.
What did you choose? Explain your answer.

bummer. my friends mom works on the tour so my tickets were cheaper and I was able to go back stage with "from first to last" and "relient k"

They both fall into place with eachother .. and I agree you have to be educated to understand the meanings of the Torah, Bible, etc. =S So I'm leaning more towards Religion, but you need education too.

faith, because with God anything is possible anyways. with God, you have everything. learning and all these other worldy things are important only in life, but not in death. faith is important always and forever.

But education is important too, we will use it not only in this life, but in the life hereafter...

Hmm...This question is so difficult. I value both but I will never give up faith. That's all we've got. :)

I chose both, but you need an education to #1 be able to even read the bible and B to even understand it. I guess if you considered the "education" choice what you learn in like 7th grade ^ then it makes sense to choose faith, otherwise, you wouldn't even know how to pronounce your religion.
Anyway, I chose both for the fact that you need both to survive the real world. If you have no education, how are you supposed to stand up for what you beleive in? And if you don't have faith, how are you going to handle the stress and pressure of the things and people around you? They go hand-in-hand.
